Eco Lake Rules & Regulations

Hours: Eco Lake Park is open every day and evening.

Camping: Campground is open for 2024 Pre-reservations are recommended, but drive-ups will be accepted, at a higher rate.

Trash: Please pack out any trash you bring in.

Restrooms: There is a portable bathroom on the public side of the park by the playground.

Fishing: Fishing is allowed at Eco Lake Park. We follow all current IDNR regulations for size and daily bag limits, and associated fishing regulations. Fishing licenses are required.

Boating: All motor boats used in public waters must be registered. Only trolling motors may be used.

Hunting: Hunting is not allowed on the property. This includes plant, fungi, and animal hunting. Loaded firearms are prohibited.

Shelter: Shelter is first come first serve but can be reserved from the website and/or office.

Fires: Fires are allowed in supplied fire rings. Grills supplied for charcoal fires. All fires must be fully extinguished before leaving.

Swimming: Swimming is restricted.

Note: No motorized vehicles allowed off road.

Please respect adjacent property owners and stay within park boundaries.

Eco Lake Park is managed by Jennings County Parks and Recreation (JCPR). JCPR is not responsible for accidents or lost private property.
